About wine:
Cabernet Sauvignon reserva is racially, ripe wine, ruby red deepness, on the surface of which the beautiful brown brick nuances reflect. It is characteristic and sturdy simply recognizable representative of their variety. Aromas of blackcurrants and cherries in combination with oak bark and gentle cedar wood are nicely folded with the smoke notes of meat and tobacco. The taste is fairly dry, of fresh acidity and a rich structure in which the mineral flavours of soil and fragrance of incenses are revealed. There is a reasonable amount of ripe tannins presented, together with the rich after-taste show excellent integrated oak wood.

Recommended:
with smoked meat, grilled fatty tuna, roast meat, medallion with speck, venison goulash, Martin's goose with chestnuts, duck, capon in the oven with buckwheat, steak with mushrooms, lamb or cabrito with or bitter vegetables (chicory, winter chicory), fatty meat (cheek, pork belly), mature hard cow and sheep cheese with mustard. Serve at 16°C.
