Brida's terroir is extremely suitable for the production of dry wines. We prefer them extremely dry, with less than 2g of unfermented sugar in a litre of wine. We do not seek for false fullness and wine's curves. We want the wine to express its natural minerality, whether it be in the line of fresh annual wine (white label) or wines, we have cultivated for a long time in oak barrels (black label). Novelty is a sparkling wine, which has yet to mature in our cellar.
