Sivi Pinot attracts attention with its lemony yellow colour with coppery nuances and with clear light translucency confirm its varietal characteristic. Fine, clean, intense smells talk about good production, its well conserved sweet-fresh smell of apples, quinces and red grapefruit peels is attractive and medium-intensive. The taste of wine is full, warm and well rounded with a pleasant freshness, which is supported by crisp minerality and fleeting note of dry apricots. All components are nicely balanced and they equivalently prove a pleasant and refined after-taste.
with raw shellfish, sea bass and bovine carpaccio, freshwater fish (trout, grayling), guineafowl, capon, lighter vegetable risottos (risi – bisi, rice and peas), vegetable soups, aspic, veal tagliatta, Slovene idrijski žlikrofi or similar ravioli, mature cow cheese, ham in pastry with horseradish... Serve at 10°C.
