Sauvignon really fascinates us with its apparent disharmony. Its brilliant, bright, greenish pale look surprises us, but it is soon built up by luxurious, intense smells, which remind us of its aromatic character. Fine fruit, ripe sweet notes bring the smell of lemons and peaches, while herbal notes bring aromas of nettle, buds of currants and basil. A set of Mediterranean spices and elegant, fruity note of savoury gooseberries is revealed to us together with pleasant freshness and warm, relatively bold body. A long and powerful impression helps us memorize its variety character.
with tomato soup, creamy garlic soup, fish carpaccio, grilled seabass, smoked salmon and swordfish, pasta and risotto with spring shoots (hops, asparagus), asparagus in tempura, turkey medallion with sesame and coriander, cooked-meat with alioli, mixed salad with young cheese, pasta and pizza with artichokes, fresh goat cheese. Serve at 9°C.
