This crispy Malvazija is straw-colored with golden shades. At first glimpse looks rich, with the legs that slowly slip down by the glass and predict a luxurious body. On the nose grassy and fruity at the same time, with a touch of flint and Mediterranean macchia, ripe apples and tropical fruits. In the mouth is luxurious, warm, mineral, with moderate acidity, smooth and harmonious. This wine is a greeting to the burning sun with warm notes of liquorice, nectar rich flowers, mature fruits, specially peaches, apples and pears with distinct saltiness.
as an aperitif with different snacks or finger food, fried sea food, mussels with gentle sauce and fried potatoes (moules-frittes); canapés with cold marinated trout, grayling or salmon, vegetable tartines or pancakes with herbs; tuna tartar and risotto with peas (rice-bizi), vegetable minestrones and various white grilled meat. Serve at 10°C.
