Sauvignonasse, ex Furlanski Tokaj (Tocai Friulano), is certainly the most manful representative of our hillocks. Its full intense coloration of straw yellow colour with its density indicates a rich and sturdy character. Its aroma is recognisable, clean and quite intense, of almonds, grapefruit and meadow flowers, rich and full. In its taste we can also detect a pinch of aromatic mountain herbs. This set of flavours, mild acids and bold body beautifully harmonizes in a concentrated after taste, which remains in your mouth for a long time.
with ham and other naturally dried meat, salads with chicken, vegetable and aromatic herb frittata, cheese fondue, fried chicken or cheese, little blue grilled fish (sardines, mackerel), pasta with meat and vegetable sauce, squid in various ways, pasticcio with eggplants, gratinated pancakes with ricotta and spinach... Serve at 9°C.
