with its unique presentation, Chardonnay is a typical example of world traveller, which got an ideal growing condition in our surroundings. Green yellow colour reminds us on its youth, its fresh with gentle scent of lime, apple and white peach confirm that. Its clean characteristic fruity smell does not know how to hide its origin, its slight grassy smell of ferns and field flowers adds it a Brda seal. Fairly dry, with medium acidity and rich body is definitely wine with a complex character. Leaving it a few years more in the bottle would suit it well.
with sea and river grilled greasy fish (carp, catfish, eel), pasta with seafood, strong han soup, gnocchi with stuffed leek, grilled vegetables, beef meat in salad, chicken, rabbit stew, white meat in sweet-sour sauce, medium mature hard cow cheese, baked prosciutto... Serve at 9°C.
